The "ESOFT Pathways" Affiliate Programme is being conducted subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Your Affiliate Account with ESOFT will continue to be active until:
   1. You inform us that you wish to cancel your account.
   2. ESOFT decides to cancel your account due to failure in complying with the terms and conditions of operation
2. You will not promote ESOFT and ESOFT's Products and Services in a degrading / disrespectful manner. Care must be taken not to represent ESOFT in a negative manner.
3. You should not use unethical means of publicising your affiliate link such as SPAMMING.
4. ESOFT Staff members and their immediate family members are not allowed to take part in this affiliate network as it would provide them an unfair advantage over other members.

By registering on this site as an Affiliate, you are indicating that you agree to these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. Failure to operate in accordance with these terms and conditions can and may result in your account being terminated. Any commissions that had been accumulated in your account with us will then be paid out by ESOFT at our discretion, as you have violated our operating agreement.

ESOFT reserves the right to make corrections / additions / alterations to these terms and conditions in order to maintain the workability and viability of the Affiliate Programme.
